Another stunning feature of this magnificent home are the two huge gamerooms:  one for kids; and, one for adults.  The adult gameroom is 25 x 40 feet with two antler chandeliers, a huge stone fireplace, air hockey table, home theatre system with huge screen, 4 sofa sleepers and 25 ft vaulted ceilings.

 Go upstairs to the  kid’s gameroom loft overlooking the adult gameroom, where the kids can play table soccer, pool, watch TV, go into the SECRET ATTIC PASSAGEWAYS that wind throughout the house and end up at the kids daybed room and Cinderella Tower above the master bedroom, The upstairs playroom has a sofa sleeper, double bunk beds and a single twin bunk with trundle and more secret hideouts in the bunkbed! It has foosball and a regulation size pool table, race car track, toyboxes full of all kinds of toys, blocks, legos, castles, cars, dinosaurs, transformers, books, balls, costumes.

There is a balcony off the upstairs balcony that overlooks the 1/2 acre flat back yard -- big enough to play soccer or baseball, with a 12 foot fence to keep balls and little ones from going down the mountain PLUS the backyard has its own custom 2-story kiddie cabin/playhouse with circular slide to the playground area with a swingset and several basketball goals.

Back downstairs, the adult gameroom has a half bath, and connects to 3 bedrooms, and several halls to a formal living room with two sofa sleepers, the master bedroom and the dining/kitchen/keeping room.

The dining room has the largest single pane of glass (8 x11 feet) that can be made, to give you a panoramic view of the mountains, the swimming pool, hot tub, swimspa, pool waterfalls, while you dine. The dining room opens up to a large kitchen and keeping room with a huge stacked stone gas log fireplace. The dining room has 4 tables to seat 28 and opens up into the foyer and a step down into a formal living room with a marble gas log fireplace, a large mirror to reflect the panoramic mountain range from the huge windows that overlook the front porch, pool, and mountain range.

The living room opens up into a hall that services both the greatroom and a huge lavish  master bedroom.  The master bedroom is 28 x 20 and has a sitting area, king bed, queen bed and sofa sleeper, stacked stone gas log fireplace with large TV; sitting area with custom designed stained glass on the ceiling; a glorious master bath, with a fireplace, TV, oversized hot tub, and his-and-her marble and gold sinks; separate shower and water closet. The master bedroom has panoramic mountain views and two outside entrances to the outdoor pool and hot tub area.  There is a small kids twin bunk bedroom off the master bath and hall behind the formal living room.

 One bedroom has a  daybed and a double bed with a tunnel leading into a secret clubhouse and labrynth of passageways throughout the attic to the kids gameroom.
 The other is the "Cinderella tower" bedroom -- an octagon shape room with bunks,  and a tv.  This tower overlooks the front of the estate, with views of the pool and the mountain range, and the best view of downtown Gatlinburg of any room in the house. There is a shower/toilet/sink to serve these two bedrooms.

In addition to the main floor master suite with two bedrooms and shower/toilet above it, the main floor has 7 more bedrooms and 6.5 baths. All bedrooms have TVs. There are 3 king bedrooms that connect to the gameroom .One with two king beds and its own private jacuzzi bath/shower. The other single king bedrooms are served by a hall bath/shower Beyond these bedrooms are three more bedrooms and two Jacuzzi bathrooms. One bedroom has two queen beds and its own private huge Jacuzzi bath (no shower).  Two king bedrooms, each with two king beds, are served by a hall Jacuzzi bath shower.  These two bedrooms have private entrances to the porch and huge backyard. The main hall that connects these bedrooms has loads of closets and drawers to accommodate lots of luggage and leads to a laundry room

The hall leads to the front entrance of the home and back around to the living room and kitchen area. There is a king bedroom off the kitchen with its own private full bath with marble shower. This king bedroom has two closets, a sofa sleeper and tv and a beautiful view of the mountains and front yard.

From the kitchen you take a set of steps descending downward to a huge private master suite with two queen baths and tv, jacuzzi tub and walk-in closet.

 All the bedrooms, gamerooms, kitchen and two bathrooms have cable TV, wired and wireless internet The home is stocked with lots of kids toys, books, puzzles and playthings that the Muszik children enjoyed when they were living on the estate.

This is truly a memorable home that is as close to downtown as you can get with this kind of incredible view.
