In a private wooded setting in Gatlinburg, just 4 miles from downtown Gatlinburg, a mile from the national park, restaurants, horseback riding, shopping and Food City, The Muszik Mansion is a 13-bedroom, convenient and spacious 7000 s.f.  home perfect for  weddings, wedding parties, church or corporate retreats, family or military reunions or large gatherings of up to 60. It  has  a semi-fenced yard with swingset & fort, large deck with kiddie toys, two large Hot Tubs and 24 x 12 private in-ground pool.  With lots of room and numerous amenities. Muszik Mansion is smoke free and is baby, kid, teen and adult friendly.

This private 3-level home in Gatlinburg has 13 bedrooms, with TVs in each bedroom.  All bedrooms and living areas are convenient to the 9 full baths -- 4 with inside Jacuzzis.  Three of the bedrooms have their own private bathrooms.  The lower level has a huge 30 by 40 Recreation Room/Game Room with pool table, air hockey, foosball, big screen TV with a DVD player, Nintendo Wii .

Enter the home from the front entrance onto the middle floor. The  dining room, living room, and kitchen are to your left and  6 bedrooms, 4 baths and laundry room are down the hall on the right.
The Dining Room has a fine dining room table and chairs that seat 12 and  antique marble top decorative tables. The Living Room is off the dining room and has another table that seats 8, 2 sofa sleepers and TV.  The  kitchen is off the dining/living room area, has two refrigerators, two full stoves and ovens, two dishwashers,  two microwaves and a separate large continuous icemaker. The kitchen  goes out onto a Screened Porch and large deck overlooking the in-ground pool with grills, and patio furniture.

 

 The 1st bedroom is a king master suite with its own private oversized jacuzzi. Across the hall from master suite is the 2nd bedroom with a queen sized bed. There is another hall shower bath that serves the living/dining/kitchen area. The laundry room off this hall. Down further there are 4 more bedrooms together with two shower baths:  a King Bedroom, a Queen Bedroom , a second Queen Bedroom (Angel Room), and a small twin Bunk Room with a door leading out to the deck. One bath is in the queen bedroom. A hall bath serve the other 3 bedrooms.

 

Two sets of stairs lead to the 4 huge bedrooms upstairs, served by 2 bathrooms.  One set of steps begin in the entry hall and leads to two bedrooms on either side with a bath at the top of the steps that serves both bedrooms.  The First Upstairs Bedroom is located at the top of these stairs and to the left.  This room has a king bed, queen bed, and futon, and can sleep up to six people. This room also has the door that leads to the new Kiddie Hideout Clubhouse Room. To the right is the Second Upstairs Bedroom which has a queen bed, full bed, and sofa sleeper/klik klak; and, can also sleep 6.  This room has two doors:  one leading to the landing at the top of the stairs and the other leading to the Third Upstairs Bedroom.  This room has a queen bed and sofa sleeper/klik klak -- and sleeps 4.  It has two doors:  one which opens into the Second Upstairs Bedroom; and, a second door that opens to the landing at the top-left of the second set of steps.  At the top of the landing and straight ahead is the second bathroom which, like the other upstairs bathroom, has a tub/shower that serves two bedrooms.At the top-right of the stairs is the Fourth Upstairs Bedroom.  This room has a king bed and a futon -- and can sleep 4.

 

On the main floor are stairs to the lower floor, which includes a HUGE gameroom with 3 sofa sleepers, 2 bedrooms, a kiddie gameroom with sofa sleeper and 3 baths. The gameroom has a kitchenette and goes out to the yard, pool, playground and hot tubs.

 

There is a full shower bath off the gameroom which also serves the First Downstairs Bedroom, right next to it.  This bedroom has 2 queen bunk beds, sleeping 8, perfect for the kids. Down the hall is another, full jacuzzi bath, next to another queen bedroom with sofa sleeper  . Across from the queen bedroom is the last bedroom with a  queen bunk bed , a  daybed and its own private shower bath and large closet.  This bedroom sleeps 6.

There are 4 king beds, 6 queen beds, 3 queen bunk beds, a twin bunk bed ,two full beds, a twin daybed with trundle, 5 futons/klickklacks, and five queen and two single sofa sleepers for total sleeping capacity  of 62 people.

The Muszik Mansion has parking for about 12 cars and is accessible by charter bus.

The Muszik Mansion is kid friendly -- elegant but comfortable -- with marble-top antiques, combined with bunk beds, nice enough for a wedding, but comfortable as well.
